Thank you for registering with Classlet Tuition Centre

Non-tangible irrevocable goods (“Digital products”)

  • We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods (“courses/programmes”) once the order is confirmed and the course is accessed.
  • We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues accessing your course upon enrolment. 
  • You have the right to cancel your monthly subscription without prior notice. You may cancel your subscription through your bank or directly through my member’s dashboard.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription when your child no longer uses our platform. Subscriptions paid to us cannot be refunded even if your child did not access our platform for those periods.
  • If your child attends tuition at our Centre or online teacher-taught by Zoom, and does not pay by direct debit, you have to give us four weeks’ notice prior to withdrawing your child. You can do this by sending us a text message, calling us, or by emailing admin@classlet.co.uk
  • You are liable for one month’s tuition fees should you withdraw your child without notice.
  • Our tuition fees are payable monthly to make it affordable. However, the fees have been calculated termly and holiday adjustments have been made. Hence, tuition fees remain the same IRRESPECTIVE of the number of sessions held in a particular month due to Christmas or Easter breaks.
  • If for any reason your child will not attend more than one CONSECUTIVE session in a month, you can request a temporary pause in fees by giving us a week’s notice. This only applies if your child attends our classroom or online teacher-taught programmes by Zoom.
