11 Plus Classes

The 11 Plus Selection Test is an exam taken in the United Kingdom in the final year of primary school to determine whether your child is suitable for admission to a selective secondary school. This is usually a grammar grammar school.

Our curriculum is mainly based on the popular GL Assessment examining board. The GL Assessment is used by over 80% of schools and boroughs including private and independent schools.
Our curriculum is suitable for the 11+, 12+, 13+, and the CAT 4 entrance tests into grammar schools for schools that use the GL Assessment materials for testing. These schools include Bexley Grammar, Townley Girls, Chislehurst and Sidcup, St Olave’s Grammar, Newstead Woods, and Beths Grammar. Others are Wallington County Grammar, St Michal Catholic Grammar, Tonbridge Grammar, Dartford Grammar, Wilmington Grammar, etc. It is also suitable for all grammar schools in Kent, Medway, Essex, Bromley, London; and most independent schools. Since 90% of schools use the GL Assessment for testing, our curriculum is suitable for all schools that use GL Assessment as their testing provider.
Yes. Your child will have access to our online learning and testing platform to complement the face-to-face teaching at our Centre. This platform comprises a bank of over 60,000 questions for your child to practise under exam conditions. The platform also has video tutorials, practice and assessment tests. The subjects and topics are also divided into 24 progressive levels. Your child is expected to spend between 10 and 15 hours per week completing the weekly assigned homework.
Because the majority of parents are usually referred to us by our past parents who we have helped their child get into grammar school, we do NOT offer a trial session. We are confident in our commitment to helping your child ace the 11 Plus selection tests. If you register your child and you are not satisfied with our services, you have the right to give us a one-month notice to withdraw your child. We do not commit you to a protracted period of contract.
No. We will pro-rate the fees for the month for you. Fees are payable in advance at the beginning of every month.
We teach Verbal reasoning, Non-verbal reasoning, Numerical reasoning, Mental maths, Spatial reasoning, English comprehension, Extended writing, grammar, punctuation, spelling, synonyms, antonyms, cloze tests, etc. We cover every subject and topic your child will need to pass the 11 Plus selection test.
We require a one-month notice either by calling us directly, sending us a text message, or by emailing: admin@classlet.co.uk
However, we will encourage you to talk to us at the first instance if you have any issues. If we can not fix your issue, you have the right to withdraw your child on the expiration of the notice period.

Teaching Method: 11 Plus Exam Lab
The 11 Plus Selection Test is an exam taken in the United Kingdom in the final year of primary school to determine whether your child is suitable for admission to a selective secondary school. This is usually a grammar grammar school.
This is the method whereby your child is provided with a username and password with which to log in and access our Learning Management System, Classlet Exam Lab, in the comfort of their own house. Classlet Exam Lab has everything your child needs to revise, practise, and pass the 11 Plus tests. It has video lessons, practice tests, assessment tests, and timed mock tests with instant marking and dffeback.
Your child is NOT expected to join any scheduled online lesson. Your child will have access to the entire course in videos, practice tests, assessment tests, and mock tests. Your child can practise at any time of their choice in the comfort of their own home. Your child will have everything they need to successfully pass the exam.

The platform also has video tutorials, practice, and assessment tests. The subjects and topics are also divided into 24 progressive levels. Your child is expected to spend between 10 and 15 hours per week completing the weekly assigned homework.
Yes. There is a FREE three-day trial period when your child is given unfettered access to 11 Plus Level 1 of our curriculum. The 11 Plus has 24 levels in total. This is for your child to determine whether he or she likes our curriculum and methodology. Upon the expiration of the trial period, you may upgrade your plan to a paid plan.
You are being charged every month on the exact date you signed up. If you registered and paid on the 14th of a particular month, you will be charged on the 14th of the following month

Our assessment tests comprise timed multiple-choice questions, short answer questions, fill-in-the-gaps, matching activities, drag-and-drop, true or false, and other assessment formats to assess understanding.
Yes. The questions you answered and the answers you gave are displayed at the end of the assessment test for your review. You are also shown the correct answer and a short explanation.
No. You must go through the level sequentially starting from Level 1. You have to pass all the practice and assessment tests in Level 1 before you can progress to Level 2.
Yes. You will get an email every time your child completes a test showing your child’s score and also whether it is a pass or otherwise.
Our Online-Self-Taught programme is designed to make it extremely easy for every child to successfully complete the course and pass their exams without tutor help. However, if you feel your child needs some one-to-one sessions, you can easily book some online teacher-led sessions to concentrate specifically on areas your child finds difficult.

This is a teaching method where our tutors schedule and teach our students online in the comfort of their homes on specific days and times using Zoom or other conferencing tools.
